Frequently Asked Questions

ProClicks provides your school or sports league with materials such as posters, flyers, email content, social media posts, and videos to announce Picture Day. It is at the discretion of the organization to use or distribute these materials. At a minimum, you can expect to receive a Picture Day event card at least 3-7 days before your scheduled event. These cards contain important information concerning Picture Day.

• Your organization schedules the time for each grade or team to arrive for their photo session. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time and check-in at the ProClicks desk.
• SPORTS: Athletes should be in full uniform (including hats, helmets, & pads) and have their gear with them, i.e., baseball glove, bat, etc.

IMPORTANT: Spike and cleated shoes of any kind are not allowed in the photo booth! Wear regular running shoes/crocs/etc., or have photo taken in socks or bare feet.

• SCHOOL PICTURES: Students should wear clean, pressed, and neutral colored clothing. We suggest avoiding bold patterns and bright colors as they are distractive. We do not photograph anyone wearing vulgar or offensive slogans on their clothing.
• Those wanting coach/child, teacher/child, or sibling photos must have everyone to be photographed present during one of the team/grade’s scheduled session times. Photos are taken at the end of that session. No special time will be allotted at the end of the event for these photos.

Usually not. However, depending on need, a makeup or retake day may be offered. If a day is scheduled, it will be announced by your school or sports league.

As an alternative, we may provide a limited makeup or retake session during another organization’s Picture Day. A reservation is required. Contact Customer Care for details.

Note: For retakes, you must return the original prints.
